Product Technical Support Specialist

Will you be our
Product Technical Support Specialist?

If you are:

  • A brilliant, organized person, with the experience to assist in technical integration;
  • Passionate and able to collaborate and work with different teams;
  • A good communicator, quick learner and responsive.

You will:

  • Assist in the technical integration of our platform using APIs and other methodologies;
  • Define, develop, and deliver usage reports using different tools such as SSRS, Power BI and SQL-based systems;
  • Monitor cloud production servers to identify and prevent issues;
  • Work with Customer Success and Product Development teams.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 3+ years experience working with web applications on Microsoft environment as production support person/developer or similar positions;
  • Proficiency in web application/client server architecture and IIS configuration;
  • Experience with MSSQL;
  • Prior experience in customer-facing tech support and interfacing with development teams;
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work independently while context-switching;
  • Great interpersonal communication in Spanish and English;
  • Open to flexible working hours.

Advantages

  • Knowledge in browsers/developer tools/additional tools (Postman/Fiddler);
  • Experience with environments on Azure.
