Customer Success Manager

Will you be our
Customer Success Manager?

If you are:

An experienced English teacher with excellent human relations and a passion to lead change in the field of English education worldwide.

You will:

  • Develop effective instructional materials (e.g., training kits, manuals) and video tutorials (e.g., onboarding and orientation videos);
  • Plan and deliver face-to face and remote training sessions via Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other platforms;
  • Monitor progress to ensure that training are met;
  • Identify implementation challenges and provide appropriate solutions;
  • Write project reports.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Certified EFL Teacher (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL or equivalent);
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy;
  • Ability to develop instructional materials, video tutorials and training kits;
  • High presentation skills, both online and face-to-face;
  • Abilty to analyze progress reports and draw actionable insights;
  • Customer-oriented;
  • Native or near-native English speaker.Advantages:
